Dear Friends,
Greetings in the wonderful name of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ! Cassie and I want to sincerely thank you for your friendship, faithful prayers and monthly financial support. Your partnership in the ministry is a great encouragement and vital to the work the Lord has called us to.
We are thrilled to report that since our last update, our Executive Board has officially approved another church planting family to South Dakota! We are excited to welcome the Head family to MWBM and look forward to laboring together with them as well as their sending church and Pastor to reach the people of South Dakota with the Gospel. Please join us in praying for them as they begin this new chapter of service.
In April, we hosted our annual Reach the World Youth Conference here at our Home Office in Hoschton, Georgia. We are rejoicing over a record number of young people that attended. We are especially grateful to those of you who brought your youth groups. Thank you! Please join us in prayer that the seeds sown during that powerful day will yield eternal fruit to the glory of God. Truly, the harvest is plenteous, but the labourers are few.
We are also thankful to report continued progress on our Pavilion Project, which will serve as an extension of our Missionary Heritage Training Center. Several of you have given toward this endeavor, and we are incredibly grateful. I have included a few photos from different stages of the construction for you to see for yourself what the Lord has done. To God be the glory! Thank you for your generous investment in this important part of the ministry.
Please mark your calendars for our upcoming MWBM National Conference, taking place November 9–12 at Peoples Baptist Church in McDonough, Georgia, where Dr. Thomas Satterfield serves as the Pastor. One highlight of the week will be our Labourers Together Pastor’s Banquet on Tuesday night, where we will recognize several visiting pastors. We would love for you to join us!
