March 2022

Dear Friends and Co Labourers,

As Paul penned his letter to the church of Philippi, he was careful to say of his friends there according to Philippians 4:16b, “…ye sent once and again unto my necessity.”  Since May of 2014 many of you have done the same for the Caudill family.  Therefore, from the bottom of our hearts Cassie and I thank you so very much.  Our wonderful Lord has worked through your prayers, friendship, and financial support in order to sustain us and for that we are so grateful.

The new year always proves to be a busy time for the staff here at our home office.  I often say that our office deals with the part of world evangelism that very few people ever stop to think of.  For instance, preparing 1099’s for over 120 missionary families in preparation for tax season is no small task.  However, the work must be done if those families are to stay on the field preaching the Gospel.  I am glad to report that thanks to the hard work of our office staff that work has been accomplished, and therefore the work of the Lord can continue around the world.  To God be the glory!

In February I was blessed to be a part of a “Reach the World” youth conference at the New Testament Baptist Church of Floral City, Florida, where Brother Ledford Hodges serves as the pastor.  One hundred twenty young people from several different churches were there, and God blessed in a mighty way.  MWBM missionary Nathan Saunders does a great job organizing and setting up these meetings.  Our hope is to have several throughout the year that God might work through them in order to raise up another generation of missionaries.  Pastor, would you like to host a “Reach the World” youth conference?  MWBM can help!  Give Brother Nathan Saunders a call at 406-360-9392.  He is looking forward to hearing from you.

Recently while preaching in Hampton, Virginia, Cassie and I had the privilege of visiting with MWBM missionaries Blake and Haley Muscott.  The Muscotts have a very unique ministry reaching the Seaman of the World from the shippings ports there around the Tidewater area.  The world has literally come to them, and God is using them to reach the world in a mighty way.  We are very grateful that God is still in the business of calling quality young couples like the Muscotts to accomplish His will.  We are also praying regularly that God would raise up more couples to do the same.  Truly the hour is late, and the need has never been greater.  Will you go?

Cassie and I continually desire your prayers for safety as we travel.  As we enter into the spring, opportunities abound for us to “fan the flame of world evangelism.”  The Lord has been so good to fill our calendar with missions conferences and missions Sundays.  Between the work here at the home office and special missions meetings, we are as busy as we have ever been in the ministry.  We could not do it without you!  Therefore with your help and by God’s grace we will continue by faith.

For the sake of souls,

Dr. Scott Caudill

December 2021

Dear Friends,

As Cassie and I enter into this Christmas season, we do so with grateful hearts.  The Lord has been so gracious to allow us the privilege of partnering with local churches in order to reach the world with the Gospel.  We certainly have a message to share with the world, don’t we?  Jesus was born to die, so that we through Him might live.  It was for that very reason the angel told the lowly shepherds in Luke 2:11, “For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.”  From the bottom of our hearts we thank you for allowing us to be a part of your missions family.  I am convinced that only eternity will reveal the true value of our partnership together.  Thank you for your faithfulness!

Many of you are aware of the fact that our Pastor, Dr. David McCoy, went home to be with the Lord recently.  My how it broke our hearts to learn of his passing!  We will miss him every day while looking forward to seeing him again soon.  Please continue to remember his wife, Ms. Trish, as well as the rest of his family.  Our sending church, Peoples Baptist Church of McDonough, Georgia, has called Dr. Thomas Satterfield to serve as our Pastor.  We love the Satterfield family and are so grateful God has given them liberty to accept the call.  We are trusting the Lord for great things in the days to come.

The fall has proven to be one of our busiest times of the year.  Many churches use a harvest theme and schedule their missions conference during this time.  What a blessing it has been to see churches follow the faith of their pastor and determine to invest more than ever in reaching souls that Jesus died for with the Gospel!  Our travels to “fan the flame of world evangelism” have taken us to New York, Indiana, North and South Carolina, and of course our home state of Georgia in the last two months.  We praise the Lord for every mile of safety He has so graciously provided.  Thank you for praying for our safety while on the road.

Another highlight of the quarter was our bi-annual MWBM conference hosted by the Zion Hill Baptist Church of Greenville, South Carolina, where Brother Danny Moore serves as the Pastor.  Pastor Moore and the church family did an outstanding job hosting the conference, and it proved to be a blessing to all that attended.  Cassie and I enjoyed every moment of fellowship with the thirty five missionary families that were there.  One of the greatest blessings of the conference was seeing a young lady saved! She was invited by the missionary wives to attend one of the morning services.  You never know how far an invitation to church will go.  Because someone cared enough to invite this young lady to church, she heard the Gospel and was gloriously saved.  To God be the glory!

Since our last prayer letter Cassie and I were blessed to be able to lead two people to the Lord.  While we rejoice in the opportunity to help local churches get their missionaries to the field, there is nothing like personally leading others to the Lord.  Just a few weeks ago after sharing the Gospel with a young father in Indiana, what a blessing it was to hear him call out to the Lord and ask Christ to save him.  Cassie led a young lady to the Lord after a recent service in North Carolina.  What a blessing as well as a specific answer to prayer.  It is a joy to know that God is still in the business of saving old sinners.  We like to remind ourselves often, world evangelism does not begin across the sea, it begins across the street! Remember, there is someone that only you can reach; will you?

In closing we want to thank you again for your faithful prayers and financial support.  Jesus said in John 9:4, “I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work.”  Truly the hour is late, and the need has never been greater. Therefore with your help and by God’s grace, Cassie and I will continue by faith.

For the sake of souls,

Dr. Scott Caudill

September 2021

Dear Friends,

Cassie and I greet you in the name of our wonderful Lord Jesus Christ.  As always we want to thank you for your prayers as well as your financial support.  We are honored to be a part of your missions family and count it a joy to labor with you to reach the world with the Gospel of Christ.

The Lord has been so gracious to allow us to be a part of several missions Sundays and conferences since our last letter.  We are so appreciative for your prayers as we travel.  Between meetings and missions trips we have traveled to or at least through sixteen different states this quarter.  We praise the Lord for every safe mile He has granted for His glory.  Thank you for praying for our safety on the road.

Throughout the course of our recent travels we were blessed to visit with one of our MWBM church planting families to South Dakota, Brother Jesse Hailey, his wife Melanie, and their children.   The Lord is using this family in a mighty way in the Northwest US.  Not only has God used Brother Hailey to plant a church in the state capital of Pierre, but having turned that church over to a pastor he has also planted the Elk Point Baptist Church of Elk Point, South Dakota, as well.  Now, as a result of ten faithful years of pastoring the church, the Haileys believe that God would have them stay as the church’s full time pastor.  It is always hard to see missionaries leave Macedonia, but I honestly do not mind losing them this way.  Cassie and I are thrilled to know that as a result of the Hailey’s faithfulness two independent Baptist churches have been planted.  Those churches not only continue to impact the state of South Dakota but the world  as well through their own missions outreaches for the cause of Christ.  To God be the glory!  That is what New Testament missions is all about.  Thank you for your faithfulness, Pastor Hailey!  Macedonia World Baptist Missions rejoices in the partnership that was forged with you and your sending church over twenty years ago.  My prayer is that God would raise up more families like yours in the days to come.

Another highlight of the quarter was to be able to preach the first missions conference of the Graceway Baptist Church of Washington DC, where Brother Brad Wells serves as the founding pastor.  Brother Wells and his family planted the church in DC just a few years ago.  What a great time to be in our nation’s capital: the week of July the fourth!  I enjoyed preaching every night of the conference, but Saturday night proved to be very special.   It was then I was able to stand and preach on the steps of the Supreme Court.  While using I Timothy 2:1-4 I preached on three ways we can be a blessing to America.  We can be a blessing to America by praying fervently, by living righteously, and by evangelizing faithfully.  Those truths will become very evident as you and I study the first four verses of I Timothy 2.  Are we really praying for our country?  Are we living in a way that pleases the Lord?  Are we busy about God’s business of reaching others with the Gospel?  Truly the hour is late and the need to do so has never been greater!  Thank you, Pastor Wells and Graceway Baptist Church, for a wonderful few days together.

In the home office, we not only continue our monthly services for our Macedonia families around the world, but we are also preparing for the MWBM conference September 26-29.  This year’s conference will be hosted by the Zion Hill Baptist Church of Greenville, SC, where Brother Danny Moore serves as the pastor.  Thus far, we have about thirty five missionary families planning on being a part.  Please help us pray for a time of refreshment and revival for each of our MWBM families who will attend.

In closing, Cassie and I were blessed to share the Gospel recently with a man by the name of Jim.  Jim is an older man that has never met Christ personally.  He was somewhat receptive of our message for which we are grateful.  Would you please help us pray that the seed of the Gospel that was sown in his heart would take root?  We also have others on our hearts we are trying to reach as well.  It is certainly our desire to be soul winners for God’s glory.  World evangelism begins across the street!

May we never forget that the King’s business requires haste!  Therefore, as a result of God’s good grace and your continued prayers and support, we will continue by faith.

For the sake of souls,

Dr. Scott Caudill

June 2021

Psalms 126:3, The LORD hath done great things for us; whereof we are glad.  It was seven years ago this May that Cassie and I left the pastorate after almost twenty two years in order to become a full time part of the ministry of Macedonia World Baptist Missions.  Several of you have labored with us now for each of those seven years, and through you God has supplied our every need.  From the bottom of our hearts we thank you.  We are honored to work with you in order that we together might reach the world with the Gospel.  Truly the hour is late, and the need has never been greater.

Many of you have been praying for our recent software transition here at our home office.  I am glad to be able to report that the new software is currently up and running.  During the difficult transition not one missionary missed receiving monthly support or special offerings.  This is a great testimony to the grace of God and the hours of labor performed by the office staff. Thank you MWBM office staff.  To God be the glory!

Besides the labor in our office, the Lord has certainly kept us busy in missions conferences and missions emphasis Sundays.  Just since our last prayer letter we have been in North Carolina, South Carolina, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Georgia.  One of the joys of our lives is helping local pastors “fan the flame of world evangelism” in their churches.  We certainly praise the Lord for the increases in faith promise giving that we have been blessed to see and the lives we have seen surrendered to do God’s will.  One of the highlights of the quarter was seeing a young teenage boy saved during the  missions conference at the Central Baptist Church of Ocala, Florida, where Dr. Andy Bloom serves as the pastor.  What a meeting!  What a God we serve!

It was also thrilling to recently host several new missionary families here at our home office during our two day mini orientation.  There were church planters to the Middle East, Idaho, North Dakota, and Mexico here.   It proved to be a productive time of training and fellowship for each missionary family.  What a joy to welcome new missionaries and friends to the MWBM family!  We pray daily during our devotions that God would raise up even more.

Our print shop recently finished an order of one million Gospel tracts that will be shipped to Honduras within the next few days.  Some of you have graciously given to print those tracts, and others have given to ship them.  Only eternity will reveal the true worth of our labor together.  Thank you!

We are so excited about three special opportunities to reach out specifically to young people in a missions emphasis.  MWBM just hosted the quarterly meeting of the Georgia Youth Fellowship where over one hundred teenagers were on our campus for a rally meeting.  I had the opportunity to preach to them about the great need of the Gospel around the world.  In June we will also host the “Reach the World Youth Conference.”  We will have missionaries from around the world teaching classes and preaching to young folks who are considering giving their lives for world evangelism.  Also, I will have the privilege to preach at a missions youth camp in Roanoke, Alabama.  Please help us pray that the Lord will send forth laborers into his harvest from these meetings.

In closing, Cassie and I always ask our friends to pray for our own soul winning efforts.  As long as God gives us breath to breathe it is our heart’s desire to be shining lights for Him.  Therefore, with your help and by His grace we will continue BY FAITH.

Dear Co-Labourers and Friends,

Matthew 28:5-7a says, “And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified.  He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay.  And GO quickly, and TELL his disciples that he is risen from the dead;…”  When these ladies witnessed for themselves the empty tomb that first resurrection morning, they were instructed by the angel to GO and TELL.  As a part of the same family, we too have been commanded to do the same.  That is the work of world evangelism.  That is why we go.  That is why we give.  That is why we get involved in the great commission.  It is not a suggestion to be ignored; it is a command to be obeyed!  GO and TELL!

Cassie and I want to say thank you again for your support prayerfully and financially.  With your help we are able to more effectively go and tell.   Rest assured we never take your partnership for granted and count it a joy to be your representatives to the world.  Many of you were kind enough to send a special Christmas gift last quarter along with your regular support.  What a blessing you have been to us!   From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you.

The Lord has certainly kept us busy since our last letter.  Thank you for continuing to help us pray for the software transition here at our home office.  If all goes as planned, by the time you read this letter it should be up and running.  That is not only the result of a lot of prayer but also literally months of hard work on behalf of our office staff.   We have also been busy in our office interviewing new MWBM missionaries.  I am very excited about these missionaries reaching the Middle East as well as the Pacific Northwest with the Gospel.  Also, we continue to train missionaries through Macedonia World Baptist Institute of World Evangelism.  In fact, you can take classes yourself!  Log on to mwbminstitute.org and check it out.  Then of course, week after week God has opened doors for Cassie and me to help Pastors stir God’s peoples’ hearts for reaching the world with the Gospel.  What a joy it has been to see churches increase their missions giving in spite of a world wide pandemic!  Rest assured friend, God is not through just yet!  I have been blessed in conference after conference to see Him work in the hearts of His people in a mighty way.  Believing that God would give through them what He would have never given to them, one church increased their missions giving by $5000.  Another church has determined to more than double what they had given the previous year for God’s glory.  I realize it takes more than money to get a missionary to the field, but what a wonderful way for God’s people to not only partner with missionaries around the world, but to also exercise their faith as well.   Thank you for giving to the cause of Christ!  Only eternity will reveal the true worth of it.

In closing, would you please continue to pray for our safety as we travel?  Would you please continue to pray that God would work through our own personal soul winning efforts to reach others with the Gospel?  Would you please help us pray that God would raise up more labourers for His harvest?  On a personal note, our son Joshua will be getting married March 26.  Please help us pray for him and his fiancé Amanda as they begin their lives together.  Believing that you will continue to pray for us, Cassie and I therefore continue BY FAITH.

December 2020

Dear Co-Labourers and Friends,

Cassie and I greet you in the name of the Lord Jesus!   We also praise His good name for the privilege of serving Him alongside of our co-labourers.  Thank you for your prayers.  Thank you for your faithful support.  Thank you for being our friends.  We count each of you as precious gifts from God.

The Bible says in Michah 5:2, “But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou be little amoung the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting.“  We often talk of the second coming of the Lord, and we certainly should.  However, I think we ought to remind ourselves, especially this time of year that the greater majority of the world has not heard of His first coming.  I trust throughout this Christmas season each of us will remember the actual “reason for the season.”  God’s Word teaches us that Jesus was born to die, so the world through Him might live.  It is that Gospel message as well as the command by our Saviour to take it to a lost and dying world that compels us forward and causes us to press on.  Thank you again for being a part of this great missions endeavor.

I often say now that our Lord’s great commission has not been canceled!  Cassie and I have been as busy this fall as we have ever been.  We have had missions conferences as far north as Maine and as far south as Florida.  God has been so good to not only grant us open doors and traveling mercy but also to allow us the privilege of seeing churches determine to do more for missions in spite of being in the middle of a worldwide pandemic.  It has been absolutely thrilling for us to see pastors and church families determine to “keep the main thing the main thing”.  Our office staff has certainly been busy as well.

Recently, we have just finished orientation with three new MWBM missionary families that are headed to South Africa, Guatemala, and the great state of Idaho.  What a thrill to have a part in helping their local churches and pastors get them to their prospective fields and then sustain them while they are there!  Would you like to be an extra special blessing to some family just getting started on deputation?  If so please let me know, and I will be more than glad to put you in touch with them.  Also, our office continues the work on the software transition that I have been asking you to pray about as well.  The hours of training have been long, and at times the task has seemed overwhelming.  However, I have never been more pleased with how the staff has worked together to make this needed change.  I give the Lord glory and ask that you might continue to help us pray for this great need.  Our MWBM families are depending on us. Recently, while soul winning with the Calvary Baptist Church of Waterloo, Iowa, during their missions conference, a couple from the church knocked on the door of an elderly man who proclaimed to be an atheist.  He wanted nothing to do with the couple, or the Gospel they had come to share.  Oh how my heart broke!  I was reminded that day that there are no atheists in hell. He may choose not to believe here, but he will believe there.   We must continue to try and reach them with the Gospel now!  The Gospel always has been and will continue to be the power of God unto salvation.  Therefore, for God’s glory and by His grace, Cassie and I will continue by faith.

September 2020

Dear Friends and Co-Labourers,

Cassie and I greet you in the name of our wonderful Saviour the Lord Jesus Christ.  We are so very grateful for your faithful prayers, your financial support, and your friendship. We could not do what God has called us to do without you.  From the bottom of our hearts we thank you.

Most churches have begun to at least try to resume somewhat of a normal schedule of services since the start of the worldwide pandemic.  Therefore, Cassie and I have been very busy with missions conferences and special missions Sundays.  It has been such a blessing to see pastors realize the need to keep world evangelism in front of God’s people even during these unprecedented days.  The work of God must go on!  There is no time to waste!  Truly the hour is late, and the need to reach the world with the Gospel has never been greater!   Our hearts have been blessed to hear of many churches doing even more for missions recently than they have ever done before.  To God be the glory!  Thank you, Pastor, for your burden and vision as well as your determination to “keep the main thing the main thing.”  Only eternity will reveal the extent of your efforts as you lead God’s people to do more for missions.

Recently, I had the joy of preaching a missions conference at the Sumter Baptist Temple of Sumter, South Carolina, where Brother Mike Westmoreland serves as the Pastor.  What a great few days!  The first night of the meeting while preaching out of John chapter six,  I reminded the SBT family of the little lad that gave his little lunch to the Lord.  I also reminded them that just as God used that little lad’s lunch in a mighty way to feed the multitude, God can and will use our “little lunch” as well.  The very next night of the meeting a young lady by the name of Valerie, with her dad standing by her side, gladly told me that she had made the decision to give her “little lunch” to the Lord.  Hallelujah!  After the service that night, several other teens lined up to tell me the same thing.  Another told me she felt that God had specifically called her to serve Him in missions!  What a blessing to actually see real missions revival in the hearts of God’s people.   Thank you, Pastor Westmoreland and SBT family, for your passion for world evangelism.  My heart was both encouraged and challenged as a result of our few days together.

I also want to thank you again for praying for the software transition for our home office that I mentioned in my last prayer letter.  Please continue to pray for this need.  Our MWBM missionaries are much too busy with their own ministries for them to have to even remotely be concerned with getting their monthly suppprt in a timely manner.  If all goes as planned, this new software will enable us to serve our missionary families even more effectively in the days to come.  Our office staff has worked tirelessly on the behalf of each MWBM family and have determined to continue to do so.  I never cease to be amazed at their level of commitment to what our home office must do on a daily basis in order for each missionary family to remain busy on their prospective field.  I am challenged daily by their faithfulness.  Thank you dear friends!  You are doing a wonderful work for the Lord!

In closing, Cassie and I would ask that you join us in prayer for safety as we travel. We have missions conferences planned as far north as Maine and as far south as Florida within the next quarter.  Most importantly, we desire and seek God’s touch to be used in a mighty way to “fan the flame of world evangelism” in the hearts of God’s people.  With your help and by God’s grace, we therefore continue by faith.

September 2018

Dear Friends and Co-Laborers,

As always, Cassie and I greet you in the name that is above every other name, the Lord Jesus Christ.  As we correspond this quarter, it is with a deep sense of gratitude and praise for literally thousands of miles of safe travel and many opportunities to share the Gospel while on our way.  It has been our joy to represent you and your church family while traveling abroad and at home for the cause of Christ.

The highlight of the quarter was the blessing of being part of our Macedonia European Church Planter’s Conference in Rothenburg, Germany.  Within just twelve days, Cassie and I traveled through seven countries, stayed in two missionary’s homes, and spent three days with our European missionary families during the conference.

Upon arriving in England, it was our joy to spend a few days with Brother Jonathan and his wife, Mrs. Natalie VandenHurk.   They are being used of the Lord in a mighty way at the Calvary Baptist Church in Peterborough, England.  I was amazed to see God bless their services during the Lord’s Day when we were with them.  I preached Sunday morning, Cassie taught the children’s Sunday school during the afternoon, and we were thrilled to hear Bro. VandenHurk preach the Sunday evening service.  What a day we had!  We left greatly encouraged after having spent time with this great couple and their church family.

From England, it was on to Germany where we met with nine MWBM missionary families serving in Europe for the Church Planter’s Conference.  Dr. Roger Baker, MWBM’s European/Middle East Field Director, did a wonderful job planning and preparing for the conference.  I know each family was blessed and encouraged as we all spent time together around the things of the Lord.  I truly believe each family left challenged to stay the course for the cause of Christ. Cassie and I both taught classes during the conference and greatly enjoyed spending time with the missionaries.  We were encouraged as we visited with them and got a better understanding of their burden, their passion, their struggles, and accomplishments.   The Lord is using this group of people to spread the gospel to Europe, but more laborers are needed!  Would you consider joining them as they seek souls for Christ?

After the conference, we joined Bro. Jeremiah and Mrs. Lindsay Cooley along with their daughter Ruth, at their home in southern Germany.  On Sunday, we traveled with them into Liechtenstein where they hold services each week.  This is a closed country, but the Cooleys are spreading the gospel there.  It was our joy to meet a young man Bro. Cooley led to Christ just recently.    I am convinced God is going to use the Cooleys in a great way in Liechtenstein.

If not for your faithful prayers and support, we could not have made this remarkable trip.  Our hearts are burdened more than ever for the great need for Christ to be preached around the world.   We send to you sincere thanks for your generosity and sacrifice in getting us to Europe.

The need is great, but the laborers are few.   Let us each one heed Christ’s plea to pray the Lord of the harvest that he would send forth laborers.  Also, consider visiting the mission field yourself to be an encouragement to your missionaries.  If you were on a foreign field, what a tremendous blessing it would be to you to receive a visit from someone who cared for you and sought to spur you on in the work of the Lord.  At Macedonia, we would love to help you get to the field in any capacity you feel led to go.

Please join us in prayer for Dylan, a young man I had the privilege of witnessing to recently while we were on the road.  Everyone everywhere needs the gospel!  It is our great joy and honor to be your ambassadors for Christ!

Since returning from Europe we have resumed a busy schedule here in our home office and on the road.  Truly the hour is late, and the need is great!  Therefore, with the help of the Lord as well as our co Labourers we continue by faith.

Sincerely,

Dr. Scott and Cassie Caudill

June 2018

Dear Co Labourers,

Cassie and I greet you as always in the name which is above every name, the Lord Jesus Christ.  It is only through Him that we have the hope of eternal life.  It is only through your faithful prayers and financial support that we can serve Him to the greatest extent.  From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you.  We count it an honor to labor alongside of you for the cause of a world that stands in need of the Saviour.

First of all we want to thank every church, as well as every individual that helped us financially with the cost of our trip to Europe for our Macedonia World Baptist Missions European church planters conference coming up in the month of July in Rothenburg, Germany.  We are so glad to be able to report to you that between what Cassie and I have saved and what our supporting churches and individuals have given, every need has been supplied!  To God be the glory!  We also plan to attend church services with MWBM missionaries Jonathan and Natalie VandenHurk (England) as well as Jeremiah and Lindsey Cooley and family (Liechtenstein) while in Europe.  Needless to say we will be traveling many thousands of miles within the almost two weeks we will be out of the United States and therefore would certainly appreciate your prayers for safety.  I am convinced that only eternity will reveal the fruit of our efforts together as we make this trip.  Thank you for allowing us to represent you and your church family while in Europe and abroad.  Rest assured that is a task that we do not take lightly.

Since our last prayer letter, Cassie and I have “fanned the flame of world evangelism” in New York, Maryland, North and South Carolina, Tennessee, as well as our home state of Georgia.  Week after week, while traveling literally thousands of miles we count it all joy with your help to do what God has called upon us to do.  We have also been very busy here in our home office preparing for orientation and training June 18 through 21.  Lord willing, we will have the largest number of missionary families this year that we have had in several years.  Our executive board has also been busy.  Recently, they have approved two new missionary families to Argentina, one family to Peru, and another family to be a part of our USA church rescue ministry as well.  Every time God raises up another family I am reminded that He is still in the business of calling and separating His people for the work of world evangelism.  My prayer is that He would raise up even more as we approach His soon return.  We are not only praying to that end here at Macedonia, we are laboring to that end as well.  Let me encourage you to take out a map and take a good long look.  There are needs everywhere!  People need the Gospel!  Will you go?  Just remember MWBM can help your local church get you there.

Out of all the wonderful things I have spoken of in this quarter’s letter, I believe the best would be to mention the two precious souls that we have seen saved in meetings as we have traveled.  After all, that is really what the ministry is all about: souls!  Souls that Jesus died for!  Souls that He longs to use each of us to reach with His glorious Gospel.  Because of that, and for His glory, we continue by faith.

Sincerely,

Dr. Scott Caudill

December 2015

Dear Co-Laborers,

We greet you in the wonderful name of our Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ. Cassie and I trust this letter finds each of you well and busy in the service of our wonderful Lord.

The past few months have been very busy, but also full of the manifold blessings of God. Recently, at our annual Macedonia Conference hosted by Dr. Chris Haizlip and the Calvary Baptist Church of Statesville, NC, we were blessed to see two people trust Christ as their Saviour. As a result of that, we were reminded yet again of the world’s greatest need, which is the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. Please join us in praying that God would raise up laborers for His harvest. Truly the night is coming when no man can work. We have recently had two different interviews at our home office of potential MWBM missionaries and are excited about those that God will call in the future to take the Gospel to the world. Yes, we rejoice in those that have been saved, but at the same time, our hearts are broken for those who have yet to hear the Gospel. Therefore, we continue to go, to pray, to give so that other souls might be reached for Christ before it is eternally too late.

We also praise the Lord for traveling mercies. Cassie and I have “fanned the flame of world evangelism” recently in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Tennessee, New York, Illinois, and of course, our home state of Georgia. There is no way that we could continue to do that without your faithful prayers and support. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you.

We also wanted to praise the Lord for answered prayer! I was blessed to have some much needed     surgery in November. I’m doing much better now and am on the road to a full recovery. Also, after over a year on the market, our house in Covington has finally sold. We look forward to moving closer to our home office so that my work there can be more efficient in the days to come. Will you help us pray that the Lord would lead us to the very place that He would have us to live? Thank you so much for joining us in prayer.

Finally, we are currently at about 75% of our needed support. We look forward to the day when we are fully supported so we can do more effectively what God has called us to do. In the meantime, we thank you again for your prayers and financial partnership. Truly, we thank God for you and for your fellowship as we continue to labor together to reach the world with the glorious Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Sincerely for souls,

Dr. and Mrs. Scott Caudill
